For more distant locations, Dr. Jennifer Cox ND is available by virtual appointments for Ontario residents. Payment Policy:We appreciate payment when services are rendered. We accept cash, cheque, debit, visa or mastercard. Naturopathic treatments are covered by most extended healthcare insurance plans and are tax deductible as a medical expense. We will gladly provide you with a sales receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy:We kindly ask that you provide the office with a minimum of 2-business days notice. This allows patients from our wait list the opportunity to benefit from an available appointment. Please note that cancellations without 2-business days notice or missed appointments are subjected to the full appointment fee.
